Ingredients:
- 1 -2 sheets of puff pastry
- 2tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 cup milk
- Diced ham
- Baby spinach
- Salt & pepper
- Garlic powder
- 2 tsp mustard
- Mixed herbs
- ½ cup grated Sirimon Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Sirimon Cheddar cheese
- Egg wash
Procedure:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Melt butter over medium heat, Reduce heat to low and add flour and whisk until it;s smooth.
- Slowly add milk and keep whisking until all the flour lumps dissapear. Add mustard and seasoning and mix well.
- Add cheese and mix just until it’s melted then put off the heat, add diced ham & baby spinach and mix well untill eveeything is well incorporated.
- Slightly roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface then cut the puff pastry into squares.
- Add a scoop of the ham mix at the center of every square and fold the corners.
- Brush egg wash on the squares and sprinkle mixed herbs on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese and puff pastry is golden brown.
